These terms and conditions apply when you shop at Miss Elli. By ordering from misselli.com, you agree to these terms.

- Ordering
Prices at misselli.com include VAT but exclude shipping. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.
Miss Elli may offer promotions that are displayed in the shopping cart. Enter discount codes in the shopping cart. Codes usually only apply once.
We cannot add promotions after the order has been confirmed. Miss Elli reserves the right to cancel orders in case of misuse of promotions. We are not responsible for codes published on other websites.

- Delivery
Miss Elli delivers within Sweden and ships to Europe, the USA and Canada.
We normally ship within 3-5 business days. You will be notified of any delays. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel the purchase. Valid identification is required for pickup.
If you refuse to receive or do not pick up your order within two weeks, we have the right to cancel the agreement and refund the purchase price, minus an administration fee of 150 SEK.
In case of partial delivery, we will send the remaining goods without extra cost.
- Exchange of products
You have the option to exchange a received product within 14 days after receiving the product. Does not apply to sale items or special orders.
- Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. Notify Miss Elli within this time.
The right of withdrawal applies with a receipt or bank statement. It does not apply to special orders or adjusted goods. You may open and inspect the item, but not use it. If the item has been used more than necessary, we may reduce the refund.
The return address is on the return slip. Contact customer service if you need help.
The goods must be in original packaging and unused.
For returns of e-commerce goods delivered via Posten (Swedish Postal Service), the goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused but may be tried on. The shipment must be well packaged and the return shipping is paid by the customer using the pre-printed return form that came with the package. The return address is always on the return form.
- Refund
We will refund within 14 days after approved return/complaint. Refunds are made via the same payment method as at the time of purchase. The full amount of the item is refunded, but shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping is paid by you as a consumer, you are also responsible for the return shipping until the returned item has been received by us. In case of approved complaint, the return cost will be reimbursed.
- Returns and Complaints
Contact us if a product is defective and you wish to return a defective item or if you want to use your 14-day right of withdrawal. The return address will be provided by us. Swedish customers have a 3-year right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
Use the return form and return the item well packaged. Return shipping is paid by you as a customer and you are also responsible for the transport risk. In case of approved complaint, the return cost will be reimbursed.
We are not responsible for errors caused by:
Misuse, negligence, damage, or abnormal conditions.
Accidents or attempts to repair/modify.
Handling/use contrary to instructions.
Abnormal wear.
In case of dispute in Sweden, we refer to the General Complaints Board (ARN).

We do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental consent.
